Before and throughout construction, you’ll stay connected through easy, organized communication and no-nonsense meetings, milestone after milestone, until we celebrate move-in day together.

We will build a house you love that is also the house you need. With various construction styles to choose from plus a design center where you select all your finishing touches, you make your home, home. Then, we build it. Depending on the model, land costs, amenities and features, our home prices range from $150,000 - $750,000.

In the right place.

We love East Tennessee. That’s why we build here, within a 75 mile radius. We’ll never be nationwide or even statewide, and we only build in surrounding counties, including: Claiborne, Union, Hamblen, Knox and Loudon and in areas like Speedwell, Sharps Chapel, Harrogate, New Tazewell, and Lenoir City. Yes, really. Our home finishing dates are guaranteed. With a fixed-cost, build-on-your-lot contract, you won’t have to worry about extensive delays or rescheduled move-in dates. Every Five Star Home built to-date has been finished and move-in-ready on-time—sometimes sooner.
