Homes we build
Every model we offer is built with design, quality, cost, and efficiency in mind. Each hand-picked model allows us the flexibility to deliver exactly what you need while always honoring our Five Star quality standards and fixed-price promise.
We build two ways—and both methods meet our high-quality standards:
- Site-built homes – constructed using traditional, ground-up building methods.
- CrossMod homes – constructed through a hybrid process of starting with a factory-built manufactured home delivered to your property then set on a permanent foundation and finished on-site along with a garage.
Which building method we recommend largely depends on your ideal move-in timeline along with other factors we’ll discuss during your Day One Consultation.

Building isn’t the only way to own a Five Star Home. On an ongoing basis, we build homes throughout East Tennessee. When available, our Quick Move-In homes are ready for people and families who need to move sooner than later, without compromising on quality.
