Making a Lakeside Dream Home a Reality

Courtney grew up in Claiborne County and always dreamed of living on Norris Lake, which she considers one of the most beautiful places in the United States. She and her husband have two daughters, and by partnering with Five Star Homes, they were able to bring their lakeside living dreams to life—for themselves, their friends and family, and their kids. Now their lake house is a gathering place for the people they love, and is a lasting investment sure to bring their family joy for decades to come.

A Smooth Move From Kentucky Back to Tennessee

When Ethel was ready to move from Kentucky back to Tennessee, she already owned property in Harrogate, TN, but had struck out with other builders. After seeing a local home she loved during an open house, and going back to see the home twice, she pinpointed Five Star as the builder, contacted them, and together they quickly made plans to build exactly what she wanted on her own land. Within seven months, Ethel held the keys to her front door.
“They use an app for the construction process, start to finish, with a step-by-step timeline of when things will be done—from breaking the ground to foundation to final closing. Everything's on the app and it's a very good way to communicate.”
